SDIRA Custodians: your own SDIRA custodian, if you direct an investment through them
Deal Sponsors/GPs: Limited investor information necessary for SEC compliance

Regulators: SEC, IRS, FinCEN as required by law

We do not sell personal information to third parties.

4. Data Security

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information as required by securities regulations (typically 6 years for transaction records per SEC Rule 17a-4). You may request deletion of non-regulatory data by contacting us. Account deletion does not affect records required for regulatory compliance.
